Why The Swedish Diet Took Over the World in 24 Hours?

The Swedish diet is said to be simple and effective. People who have gone through with it, focus on protein and fats and lowering your intake of carbohydrates.

Its very similar to the protein diet. A good thing about this diet, is that you can forget about calories and the hours you can consume them.“It might sound too good to be true, but the combination of essential vitamins and amino acids provided by the diet enhances the metabolism while suppressing the appetite. The Swedish Diet lets you eat as much as you want while the pounds melt off.”– Positive Med.

That isn’t all to it. The Swedish diet is also a metabolism-booster with the benefit of improving digestive and general health. Dr. Malcolm Kendrick believes that high fat/low carb diets will raise HDL cholesterol (the good kind of cholesterol). This diet may raise concerns with the high levels of fat content, but research proves it to be beneficial to your health than sugar and carbs, as it is damaging to your health.
