This cauliflower dip is super healthy, easy to make and has a bonus of cancer-fighting properties.

Creamy dip is a great addition to a meal or as a snack on its own, but regular dips can be packed with calories and made from dairy which can be bad for digestion. This cauliflower dip is not only low in calories is has curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory properties.
As reported on in 2007,an animal study published in “Phytotherapy Research” found that the thymoquinone in black cumin effectively reduced inflammation in subjects with arthritis.”

Creamy Cauliflower Dip Recipe

  • 1 head cauliflower, steamed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • dash of sea salt and black pepper
  • pinch of cumin, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, and onion powder


  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add the spices after tasting to created the desired spiciness.
  • Serve with sliced veggies, olives, crackers and bread sticks or as a dip for finger foods
