4 Tablespoons and You Can Say Goodbye to High Blood Pressure and Clogged Arteries!

Among the many other negative consequences of the Standard American Diet (SAD) and lifestyle is the rise of high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Fortunately, we’re here with an easy recipe and remedy that can help fix that for you!

First, it’s important to remember there are different kinds of cholesterol. HDL is the cholesterol you want – LDL is the bad stuff.

And when it comes to lowering your LDL, we have just the trick – 4 tablespoons of this simple recipe is all you need!

  • 6 bunches organic parsley
  • 50 grams baking soda
  • 35 ounces chopped organic lemons
  • 12 cups water

  • Rinse the lemons well with cold water.
  • Pour the water in a pot, add the baking soda and the lemons, and leave them thus for an hour.
  • Chop the parsley and add it to the pot as well, and cook the mixture for a few hours on low heat.
  • Remove the pot from heat and your syrup is ready!
  • Store it in glass bottles in the fridge.

For best use, you want to take four tablespoons on an empty stomach before breakfast every day for three weeks and make lifestyle changes, such as the key changes we recommend below:

  • Avoid trans-fat. These heart-damaging fats can reduce HDL levels and raise LDL levels. If you find “partially hydrogenated oil” listed in the ingredient list on food labels, find a healthier, low cholesterol diet substitute.
  • Don’t smoke. Smoking is a risk factor for heart disease all by itself, but can also significantly lower HDL cholesterol.
  • Exercise. Daily aerobic exercise is one well-proven method to increase HDL levels. Even brisk walks – thirty minutes minimum, at least four days a week – can show tremendous results.
  • Less sugar, less flour. Added sugar is, according to some studies, worse for you than fat when it comes to heart health. There are also studies showing that processed flours (which cause blood sugar to spike and crash) can be held responsible.
  • Relax. Emotional stress may trigger the body to release fat into the bloodstream, raising cholesterol levels. Practice daily breathing exercises and a stress-reduction technique that works for you, such as yoga, meditation, guided imagery or tai chi.
  • Weight loss. Even a modest amount of weight loss can lower cholesterol levels as your body is no longer working so hard to do even basic things.
