Why You Should Take Your Apple Cider Vinegar at Night

This most recent benefit comes courtesy an Arizona State University study, which tested 11 diabetics. What they found? Taking 2 tablespoons ACV with an ounce of cheese shortly before bedtime resulted in far lower blood sugar readings the next morning.

Another study found that even after high-carb meals, an ounce of ACV resulted in lower blood sugar levels than when the same meal was eaten without the ACV side.
