How to Grow 6,000 Lbs of Food on 1/10TH Acre

When you think of beautiful urban gardens, what do you think of? The suburbs, and sprawling lots?

In the case of this gorgeous garden, you couldn't be farther from the truth - for the Dervaes beautiful garden is only fifteen minutes from downtown Los Angeles! And we can't imagine a better example for just how much you can do with your garden, even in a limited space.

The Dervaes grows their own food and everything they consume in a year comes from their own 1/10th of an acre property - on which they grow over 400 species of plants, their own vegetables, poultry, even have their own beehive.

Take a look at the following video to find out more about this healthy family and tips on how to follow in their footsteps.
