The 28 Day Fat Melting, Abdominal Sculpting Workout You Need To Start Today!


Planks or "Planking" is an excellent core workout and can do absolute wonders for the abdominal muscles. 




Exercising is an activity everybody should participate in. 

Exercising is beneficial for both mental and physical health. It can decrease the chance of illness and/or disease, boost your metabolism and just have you feeling overall more energetic and alive. It also relieves stress and helps to maintain a healthy chemical balance.   




Here is an exercise that will have you feeling amazing. 

1. You will achieve a toned body.  

2. You will reduce back pain and risk of injury.

3. You will become more flexible. 

4. Your mood will improve by decreasing tension. 

5. Your posture will straighten. 

6. You will gain more balance. 

7. You will boost your metabolism to burn more fat. 

Hold your elbows directly underneath the shoulders and align the wrists with the elbows.

Push your body up into the upper back and hold your chin close to the neck (imagine you are holding an egg in between your chin and throat).

In this position, brace your abdominals, squeeze your gluteal (tailbone) and thigh muscles while continuing to breathe normally.
