This Honey, Lemon, and Cinnamon Based Drink is Able to Help You Lose 4kg in a Week
The remedy below is for anyone who wants to lose some weight.
It is comprised of 3 ingredients: lemon, cinnamon and honey. It has been found that warm water with lemon and honey, can improve digestion, help in weight loss and detoxifies the body. The pectin content in lemon keeps any cravings at bay and helps in feeling full for a longer amount of time.
This combined mixture makes the stomach more alkaline-like, which aids in the breakdown of fats. Cinnamon improves digestion, regulates insulin production and the breakdown of carbohydrates. It also improves the nutrient assimilation from the food consumed, which helps you feel full.
-1 glass of warm water
-1 tbs. of honey
-1 tsp. of freshly grounded cinnamon powder
-Juice of ½ a lemon
Put the cinnamon powder in a glass and add the honey and lemon juice. Mix them until you get a paste and add the warm water. Mix well.
