It is poor posture that causes pain within our legs, joints, knees and back. 

In order to prevent this, try out this DIY recipe that is 100% all-natural and from Greece. 




YOU NEED:

▪ 1.75 oz wheat grain
▪ 1.75 oz sunflower seed
▪ 3 tbsp raisins
▪ 3 tbsp sesame ground
▪ 10 tbsp linseed
▪ 2.2 oz raw honey

PROCESS:

Put all ingredients in 1 bowl and mix. Then put in a jar.

USAGE:

Take 1 big spoon before breakfast and/or lunch.
This will make all tendons softer and more elastic and ligaments stronger. Also the heart will improve its work.
