Boil Bananas Before Bed, Drink the Liquid, & You Will Not Believe What Happens While You Sleep!

This tea requires only a couple of ingredients you're likely to already have in your kitchen, and works like a charm.

In particular, bananas are an effective sleep aid because of their magnesium and potassium contents, which aid in relaxation, and are especially rich in the peels.

Use organic bananas, as you don't want pesticide laden peels anywhere near your mouth!



Ingredients

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 small pot of water
  • a dash of cinnamon (optional)

Preparation:

  • Cut off both ends of the banana
  • Place the rest of the banana, peel and all, in the boiling water
  • Boil for 10 minutes
  • Use a colander and strain into a mug
  • Add cinnamon for taste
  • Drink one hour before bed - and enjoy your sleep!
