Use Lemon For Your Everyday Knee Pain!


Knee pain can be quite unpleasant. Fortunately, we're here with a home remedy that can help!



This remedy is natural and will remove the pain fast!

Ingredients

  • Sesame oil
  • 1-2 lemons

Preparation

  • Take the lemons and cut them into small chunks.
  • Tie the chunks into cotton cloth or parchment.
  • Dip the cloth or parchment in sesame oil.
  • Put this on the knee for 10 minutes to stay.
  • Do twice each day and the pain will disappear!

Also, drink lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water every morning to improve overall health and BEFORE breakfast!
