Use Lemon For Your Everyday Knee Pain!
Knee pain can be quite unpleasant. Fortunately, we're here with a home remedy that can help!
This remedy is natural and will remove the pain fast!
- Sesame oil
- 1-2 lemons
- Take the lemons and cut them into small chunks.
- Tie the chunks into cotton cloth or parchment.
- Dip the cloth or parchment in sesame oil.
- Put this on the knee for 10 minutes to stay.
- Do twice each day and the pain will disappear!
Also, drink lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water every morning to improve overall health and BEFORE breakfast!
