- 200 ml. apple cider vinegar
- 200 ml. honey
- 8 garlic cloves
- Blend the garlic cloves first.
- Add honey and apple cider vinegar, mix for 15 seconds.
- Put the mixture in a glass jar, close it and keep it in the fridge for 5 days.
- Stir the contents every day; after 5 days, your syrup will be ready.
- Add 2 teaspoons of syrup in a tall glass of water, then drink the mixture after getting up.
- The mixture shouldn’t be taken on its own, as it is very strong, so be sure to dilute it as recommended.
- Regularly consuming it will improve your overall health and prevent numerous diseases!
