Statistics show most Americans have very little free time, and that we spend most of it on Facebook or other social media, watching TV, or otherwise sitting. We easily make excuses for the little time we have, saying we just need a break after a long day at work. We all understand that.




Fortunately, though, these 5 great chair exercises make it easier for you to lose weight and get fit while sitting - at work, or at home!

The following video, demonstrating exercises performed by popular fitness trainer Denise Austin, can easily be implemented into any busy work day schedule!
