Do you happen to wake up at a specific time every night? This is due to the energy in your body that you might not be aware of. 




According to ancient Chinese medicinal methods, you wake up at certain hours in the night because of the energy meridians of the body that are also connected to a clock system. Energies cooresponding to certain parts of your body that are weak or blocked causes you to wake up at different times throughout the night.





1. 9:00pm-11:00pm


This is the time most people go to sleep. If you are unable to sleep during these hours it's because of the stress and worries of the day. Try meditating or relaxing in your own way to keep calm and get to sleep earlier. 







2. 11:00pm-1:00pm


This is considered the time when the energy meridian of the gall bladder is active. You may be going through emotional dissapointement during this time. Practice forgiving yourself and others and accept yourself for who you are and where you are.




3. 1:00pm-3:00pm

This is the time associated with the energy meridian of the liver. Dealing with anger and the yang energy. Try drinking water and breathing in a rhythem to fall asleep.



4. 3:00pm-5:00pm

This is the time associated with the energy meridian of the lungs. Breathe in a rhythm and try to meditate in order to get better sleep.




5. 5:00pm-7:00pm 

This is the time when the energy flow is in the range of the large intestines. This is due to the emotional blockage in your body. Try to stretch your body to get back to sleep.
