Evil little F*ckers: Hilarious spoof covers for ‘Bad Little Children’s Books’

Classic children's books have been given a bad makeover in this series of parody books for modern times.

If you grew up during a certain era, you will notice the familiar stylistic covers, but the title of the books might seem unfamiliar - Polly Paints a Penis, Don’t Lick the Stripper Pole, Even Girls Fart, Rockets and Missiles of the Islamic State and Uncle Creepy.

The series is called Bad Little Children’s Books and contains 120 fake titles, and they have been attributed to fictional artist Arthur C. Gackley, his Facebook page says that he was born in 1923 and was “the creator of many children’s books, none of which were ever actually published.”

The story goes that he spent his life working in a New England village, and his disappearance has been credited to him being washed out to sea or fell penniless into an abandoned wishing well shaft in the winter of 1978. No one knows what happened to the body, but his books have somehow survived.

You can order your copy of Bad Little Children’s Books here and follow Arthur C. Gackley on Facebook.
