THIS Milk Causes Thyroid Cancer and Contributes to B12 and Vitamin D Deficiency

In the backlash to dairy products, more and more in recent years we have been urged to use soy as a dairy replacement under the pretense it is good for our health.

In fact the opposite is true and it can actually be more harmful to our health than it is helpful. Take a look at the following reasons as to why soy products could be harming your body.

Soymilk Ingredients

Soymilk (Filtered Water, Whole Soybeans), Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Carrageenan, Natural Flavor, Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12.

1. Soybeans contain large quantities of natural toxins or “antinutrients”. By drinking just two glasses of soy milkdaily, this can significantly alter a woman’s menstrual cycle.

2. Soy has been found to increase the body’s need for vitamin B12 and vitamin D.

3. Soybeans contain haemagglutinin, a clot-promoting substance that causes your red blood cells to clump, a negative effect on otherwise healthy blood.

4. 99% of soy is genetically modified (GM) It has been shown to contain one of  the highest contamination by toxic pesticides of any of our foods.

5. Soybeans and soy products contain high levels of phytic acid, which can stop the assimilation of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, and zinc.

6. Soy foods contain high levels of toxic aluminum, which is detrimental to the nervous system the kidneys and has been also linked to the onset of Alzheimer’s.

7. Soy contains a compound resembling vitamin B12 that can't be processed by your body and in turn, soy foods may contribute to B12 deficiency.

8. Fragile soy proteins are exposed to high temperatures during processing in order to make soy protein isolate, which makes them dangerous for human digestion.

9. Soy contains toxic isoflavones. The soy isoflavones genistein and daidzein have been known to stimulate existing breast cancer growth. (Annals of Pharmacotherapy 2001 Sep;35(9):118-21).

10. Soy contains plant estrogens, which can disrupt endocrine function  and possibly lead to increased infertility and  breast cancer in women.

Carrageenan in Soy Milk

Found in soy,  food-grade carrageenan has been known to cause  gastrointestinal inflammation, ulcerations, lesions and even colon cancer in laboratory animal studies. Recent studies funded by the American Diabetes Association have also linked the consumption of food-grade carrageenan to insulin resistance and glucose intolerance in mice.
