This Flourless 3-Ingredient Muffin Recipe Is 100% Healthy and 100% Delicious!


Do you want to make delicious, flour-free muffins with only 3 ingredients? Of course you do! These simple muffins are not only tasty treats but healthy alternatives to those sugar laden, additive rich, store bought imposters.




Perfect for a quick snack or a healthy dessert, these muffins are sure to be a family favorite.




Ingredients


2 over-ripe organic bananas

4 eggs (or egg whites/substitute) 

Berries of your choice

1 teaspoon organic butter (for lining moulds)


Method


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mash bananas with fork

Add the eggs and whisk

 Line from bottom up the mould with the butter (you can use your finger!)

Pour your banana egg mixture on top.

Bake for about 12 minutes.

Cool slightly, remove and devour!
