Here's An Easy Homemade Ginger Ale Recipe That Helps Relieve Migraines

Migraines are normally caused by factors fatigue, stress, hormonal changes or some foods such as chocolate and peanuts. If you’re interested in finding some natural ways to prevent migraines instead of using drugs, then try this homemade ginger ale recipe and see the effect.


The following recipe maybe helpful:


You will need:

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups peeled and grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey
  • juice of 4 limes






Instructions:

  • Boil water then add ginger
  • Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes then strain
  • Mix sparkling water with ginger water 
  • Add lime juice and honey to taste

Useful in improving digestion and increasing absorption of food, ginger tea can bloating after eating too much.
